Pine Barrens Ghost Towns

What a great day for a country living fair at Batsto! Crisp October weather, fluffy white clouds against a beautiful blue sky. They tell me on a bad day the fair draws 40,000, I have no crowd estimates, but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. From steam engines to quilts, from glassblowers to weavers, there was something for everybody. The first floor of the newly renovated Mansion was open for tours. They said the upstairs would be ready for November 16th and December 14th. Talk about last minute, they were dusting some construction debris this morning!
